Everyone will get 5 surfs and you will be judged on your 3 best surfs. Each surfer enters the wave and surfs for up to one minute at a time.  Once you blow off the wave ( or your minute is up ) the next-ready rider enters.

(Competitors should know how to surf, have some experience and be able to get in the wave consistently. If you’re new to SUP surfing, join for one of the open SUP demos.) Helmet, and PFDs are required. Leashes and Shoes are highly recommended.

SUP CROSS
Sunday (TIME TBD)

In what has quickly become the most spectator friendly SUP competition on the river, SUP Cross is head to head racing through gates or around Buoys at the Mad River Run. 4-5 athletes will battle at a time(and they will be battling!) through a technical course as we pair down the paddlers to the top 4 for a winner take all final. Rubbing is racing!
